Ximending/Ximending Station
When traveling from Seoul to Bangkok, a very good way is to go via Taipei. Two to three days is enough to enjoy a trip to Taipei. Ximending is a representative downtown area compared to Myeong-dong in Seoul and Shibuya in Tokyo, and is home to numerous restaurants and shopping centers. It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive from the airport, and you can get off at Ximen subway station. It is very convenient to find accommodation here as there are many recreational businesses such as clubs and saunas.
Yehliu Geopark + Jiufen + Shifen + Golden Waterfall
One day tour
This is a one-day tour that allows you to explore the northeastern region of Taiwan. Feel the atmosphere of Jiufen Old Street, make a wish while releasing sky lanterns in Pingxi, admire the golden waterfall, and take unforgettable photos. Tour guides and pick-up/drop-off services are provided for convenience. If there are 3-4 people, you can take a private taxi.
Shilin Night Market
It is the largest night market in Taipei and is located in the city center, so it can be easily accessed by subway or bus from Ximen Station. If you take the subway , get off at Jiantan Station or Shilin Station and walk. If you take bus (No. 282) from Ximending, it takes about 30 minutes.

National Palace Museum

It was great to be able to appreciate many cultural assets that provide a glimpse into Chinese history and culture, but I may be disappointed if I go there in person because I have high expectations. It can be really free if you just watch it without detailed explanations, so I recommend coming with a travel guide.

TAIPEI HOTEL RESERVATION
Taiwan is at the forefront of protecting sexual minority rights in Asia. Taiwan, which legalized same-sex marriage in 2019, also expanded adoption rights for same-sex couples in May. The rainbow crosswalk in front of Exit 6 of Ximending Station is a famous travel photo spot. When going from Seoul to Bangkok, you can use China Airlines or EVA Air as a connecting flight.
